Memorial tablets to Staffordshire Police Officers
A small service took place on Friday 11th November 2011 to unveil 4 plaques commorating the officers from Staffordshire Police who joined the armed forces and were killed and officers killed in the line of duty.

The service took place at The Staffordshire Police Headquarters on Weston Road.

David Baldwin and Chris Ecclestone by display boards to show details of some of the officers who had died in service or had left to join the armed forces.
It came totally out of the blue when David baldwin received the Chief Contable Commendation for his sterling work on researching the project and the work that went into getting the tablets made.
The certificate reads:-
" For the dedication demonstrated by David Baldwin enabling the production and updated Memorial Plaques honouring officers who lost their lives in war and those killed in the line of duty. He is to be commended for his work in memory of the fallen".
